Position Title: Support Specialist
Department: Client Services
Date: October 8, 2007

Summary:
The Support Specialist will work with a team of other specialists to
address client issues via email and phone. Working closely with
schools, the Support Specialist will ensure client questions are
addressed in a timely manner. The Support Specialist will also have
the opportunity to work on documentation and other tutorials that
will aid clients.

Principal Responsibilities
§ Problem-solve on a daily basis
§ Work with clients to understand their needs
§ Build relationships with clients
§ Provide prompt and cheerful service to our clients who may be
stressed or technically challenged
§ Resolve client issues
§ Provide user-testing on company products when needed
§ Create and update help documentation when necessary

Experience
§ 1-3 years of educational or teaching experience preferred

Education
§ Bachelors degree required
§ 3.0+ GPA preferred

Skills and Abilities
§ Excellent knowledge of the company's products
§ Comfort level working with computers and web-based applications
§ Genuine interest in education
§ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
§ Outstanding attention to detail
§ Good phone presence and voice
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Proficiency in MS Office and Web applications
§ Ambition, drive and creativity, and strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to
sit and will use hands and fingers to write and to operate a
computer. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and
the ability to adjust focus. Employee is required to move about the
office as necessary to attend meetings or transport records and files.
